Kozi Media Design completed a smart home installation with distributed audio & video to most rooms, and control from one easy to use interface on their smart phones, iPads, & computer. The home sat off of the road and the home owner had concerns of people arriving un-noticed, or unheard. We had already installed an intercom/doorbell system, but suggested including the door locks and integration into the current system. Our client can now receive a notification that someone is at the door, not only through the doorbell system, but now through their iPad, as well as their phone. Not only do they get a notification, but they can answer the notification, speak to the visitor, and if they like, unlatch the door to allow the visitor to enter, all from a touch of their phone. Now that's smart home integration with ease!
